The workshop will focus on the theoretical and experimental progress in
	-   (gamma,NN) reactions
	-   (e,e'NN) reactions
	-   structure functions in (e,e'...) reactions
	-   short-range correlations
	-   delta-medium effects in finite nuclei 
and  related topics.

In view of the large response to the first circular the Organising
Committee has decided to prolong the workshop with half a day.  The
worskhop will start at 9 am on Wednesday May 17 and end at noon
on Saturday May 20.  It will take place in one of the buildings of the
University of Gent. More details about the exact location of the
meeting rooms and the time-schedule for the different talks will be
given in the third and last circular.

There will be three categories of talks : 

-group reports of 40' (+ 15' discussion) and of 30' (+ 10' discussion)
: each of the experimental and theoretical groups involved in the
(gamma,N..)  and/or (e,e'N..) programs will have the opportunity to
present their recent activities and future plans in this field.  
- a selected number of contributed talks (20' + 5' discussion) 
on a more specific item

NO PARALLEL AND POSTER SESSIONS ARE SCHEDULED.

The organisers take care not to depass the number of 70
attendants so as to guarantee the informal character of this meeting.
Please register by sending us, preferentially over e-mail, the workshop and 
hotel registration form , that is attached below. Each acceptance of the 
registration form will be confirmed.
 
Proceedings :

Proceedings will be published. They will include the group reports and
contributed talks.  Subscription can be made during the workshop.  The
deadline for submission of the papers (invited talks and contributed
talks) is July 1, 1995. The proceedings will be available two months
later.  The contributions will be reproduced on a camera-ready basis.  

Limitations of the number of pages for the manuscripts :

Hotel accomodation

The organizing committee has made a selection of hotels for which
special conditions have been obtained for the period of the workshop.
In order to benefit from those reduced rates you are asked to make
your hotel reservations through the organizers using the registration
form which is attached below.  During the month of May, Gent is
flooded with tourists, and therefore we would highly recommend the
participants to return the hotel registration form as soon as
possible.

1) Aparthotel  CASTELNOU ***
   ==========================
This accomodation has an interesting formula since it concerns small
appartments with living-room, kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom,
colour television,... . The number of available appartments is however
limited. The organization committee has already made a reservation for
the period of the workshop at the price of 1750,-BEF (single) with a supplement of 395,-BEF for the second person. In case you want to benefit from these 
rates, please note that your hotel expenses will have to be paid cash
directly to the organizers during the time of the workshop.
If you prefer to settle up directly with the hotel administration
the price is fixed to 2300,-BEF + 395,-BEF (for the second person sharing the 
room).
15 minutes walk to the meeting centre of the workshop, and 10 minutes
walk to the centre of the city.

2)  Hotel CARLTON ***
    =================
Renewed hotel in the vicinity of the railway station, but located in a
quiet surrounding.  Rooms are spatious and comfortable with fully
equipped bathroom, colour television , minibar,..  parking in front of
the hotel.

20 min. walk to the workshop site and city centre.

3) Hotel IBIS OPERA and Hotel IBIS CATHEDRAL ***

Both hotels are located in the centre of the city, close to the workshop
site, with comfortable and modern rooms (though rather small) with
colour television, bathroom/shower and a bar at the groundfloor.

4) Hotel FLANDRIA 
   ==============
A student and family hotel.  The rooms are clean but have little
comfort.  
Rate : 800,-BEF/person/night (on a sharing basis) 
	Single-room : 1500,-BEF(but number of single-rooms is limited)
The hotel lies in a quiet corner in the centre of the city at a 20
minute walk to the workshop site.

THE CITY :
**************
Gent, in the 16th century the most powerful city after to Paris, is
now a lively core of a large area (population 350 000) with a historic
centre that breathes history and charm. Quaint sidestreets alternate
with pleasant and busy shopping streets. Gent distinguishes itself
from other flemish cities by its fortuitous blend of industry and
commerce with an agreeable inner town that preserves a lot of its old
medieval architecture. There are several museums, many containing old
masters.  Situated at the intersection of the european highways E17
and E40, the city is easy to reach by car as well as by a frequent
train service from Brussels national airport.  The meeting will be
held in the spring, in normal circumstances one of the most beautiful
periods to visit belgium.
